Mission and Vision
At Sacred Recovery, we are dedicated to transforming lives and fostering a supportive community for individuals on their journey to lasting sobriety and personal growth.

Our Core Mission
Our primary goal at Sacred Recovery is to empower every individual with a profound shift in self-perception. We aim for more than just sobriety; we strive for a complete realignment of identity, purpose, and potential. We are committed to equipping each person who enters our doors with the belief that they can build a life they once deemed impossible. Our success is measured not by the duration of their stay, but by the thriving, purposeful lives they cultivate long after their departure.

Sacred Recovery distinguishes itself through its foundation built by individuals with authentic lived experience in recovery. Our founders, deeply rooted in Sonoma County, understand firsthand the challenges and triumphs of this journey, approaching our mission with empathy rather than purely as a business venture. We integrate traditional recovery principles with innovative, modern tools. From the outset, residents engage in developing both short-term and long-term personal goals, utilizing AI technology to craft detailed, actionable plans. While many sober living homes offer basic accommodation and rules, we provide a comprehensive personal development program. We are uniquely inclusive, welcoming couples in recovery, respecting all spiritual beliefs and recovery pathways, and leveraging the healing power of Northern California's natural beauty to foster a restorative environment. Sacred Recovery is more than a place to maintain sobriety; it's a launchpad for a revitalized life.
What Sets Us Apart

Our Long-Term Vision
In the long term, we envision Sacred Recovery as a vital pillar within the Lake County community—a place recognized as a catalyst for personal transformation. We aspire to cultivate a robust alumni network, comprised of individuals who arrived with little and have since built fulfilling careers, strong families, and purpose-driven lives. We want these alumni to return, not out of obligation, but from a desire to uplift and support the next person in need. We aim to inspire a paradigm shift in how Northern California approaches recovery, moving beyond mere accommodation to actively investing in individuals' growth and futures. Beyond our sober living home, Sacred Recovery's vision extends to creating a comprehensive community ecosystem, potentially including a nonprofit thrift store and a junk removal service, all operated by and for those in recovery. This initiative will generate employment, build essential skills, and reinvest resources back into the community where they are most needed, ultimately leading to fewer broken families and stronger, more resilient individuals.
